Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to VITLZ using Facebook or Google, or created a customer account on our store, you can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@vitlz.eu with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include the email address linked to your VITLZ account.
- If you used Facebook Login, mention that you signed in with Facebook.
What we delete
- Customer account profile (name, email, addresses).
- Social login association with Facebook or Google.
- Marketing preferences linked to your account.
What we may retain
We may keep order and invoice records required by tax and accounting law. Such data is limited to what is legally necessary and is not used for marketing.
Processing time
We respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
Revoke Facebook access
You can also remove VITLZ from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove VITLZ. Then email us to delete remaining data on our side.
